support@printsmart.app1. Make sure your printer is powered on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPhone or iPad.
2. Open the App and tap "Setup printer" on the home screen.
3. Follow the guided steps. The App will discover your printer automatically.
If your printer doesn't appear, check that Wi-Fi is enabled on the printer and both devices are on the same network (not a guest network).
The App works with any IPP-compatible Wi-Fi printer, including all major brands: HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Lexmark, Kodak, Xerox, Samsung, Ricoh, Konica, Dell and many more. If your printer supports printing from any iOS device, it works with this App.
The App requires a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection to communicate with your printer. Cellular-only is not supported because printers don't connect to cellular networks.
Photos (JPEG, PNG, HEIC), PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint files, plain text, webpages, contacts, emails (.eml) and clipboard content. All common formats are supported.
Tap "Cloud Print" on the home screen, then choose your storage provider. The iOS file picker will appear — browse to your file and tap to select. The App will load it and show the print preview.
Open the Scan tab, point your camera at the document, and the App will auto-detect the edges and capture. You can scan multiple pages, then save as a PDF or print directly. OCR will extract searchable text from your scans.
Take or import a photo, choose your size (passport, visa, ID card), and the App generates a print-ready A4 sheet with multiple copies of your photo arranged in a grid. Perfect for visa applications and ID renewals.
Unlimited prints, all advanced features (fax sending, watermarks, batch printing, document scanner, ID photo maker, cloud print, all paper sizes), no print quotas. Available as Weekly, Yearly or Lifetime.

Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Open the App, go to Settings → Premium, then tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase and request a refund.
In the print preview, check the paper size matches the paper actually loaded in your printer. Try toggling between Portrait and Landscape orientation. For photos, set scale to 100% (Fit to Page). If issues persist, run the printer's own alignment routine.

2. Confirm both your iPhone/iPad and printer are on the same Wi-Fi (not a guest network).
